Hurricane Helene Relief Program
On the morning of September 27th, the CSRA community woke up to unprecedented damage from the impact of Hurricane Helene. It is apparent that, even in early 2025, the journey to rebuild our community has only begun. Many are struggling with repairs, insurance deductibles, and unexpected bills following Helene.

Community Homeowners
This application is designed to assist Community Members in Richmond and Columbia counties who have been affected by Hurricane Helene with deductible assistance and minor home repairs.
This program is funded through a grant, and all services must align with the requirements of that funding. Applicants must meet income guidelines as set by The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in accordance with Habitat for Humanity program standards. Please note that submitting an application DOES NOT guarantee selection or assistance, as all support is subject to eligibility requirements and available funding.
